Delivery Information
RT Cuesports dispatches on two specific days per week, these are Mondays & Thursdays. Please note there is no deliveries dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are unable to fulfil this, we will contact you once we have received your order.
We aim to get your deliveries to you as fast and safe as possible and use multiple shipping companies. In some cases we are able to dispatch orders quicker, please contact us before placing your order if you have any specific requests.
Delivery Charges/Courier Services (England & Wales Only):
- UK Delivery (England & Wales Only) Cue tips and small accessories: £4.95 (Tracked)
- UK Delivery (England & Wales Only) Smaller items such as mini butts, long extensions, table brushes and ball cleaning sprays: £6.95 Tracked/Signed
- UK Delivery (England & Wales Only) Medium sized items such as Billiard balls, Pool balls: £9.95
- UK Delivery (England & Wales Only) Heavier items such as Snooker ball sets and Ball cleaning machines: £11.95
Cue & Cases delivery charges UK Delivery (England & Wales Only)
- UK Delivery (England & Wales Only) 3/4 Cues & Cases: £11.95
- UK Delivery (England & Wales Only) 1 Piece cues & Cases: £14.95
The above items are all sent via a fully insured and tracked/signed service.
We are always working on providing the best shipping service as possible. We will give regular updates and look to give a express service option in the near future.
When some items are shipped you may have the option to authorize a signature release. This therefore gives the driver the permission to leave your parcel without a signature. **If you choose this option this is taken at your own risk and voids any insurance on the items.
Items may also be collected in store, if you prefer this option please wait for us to send you a confirmation email or call before heading to our showroom.

Unfortunately we cant always guarantee shipping times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to make sure orders are dispatched as soon as possible from when we receive your orders. If we have any problems our end or you experience any issues please contact us.
Delivery Charges/Courier Services (Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Scottish Highlands):
All orders for N.I/R.O.I/Scotland will be delivered within 3-5 business days, however some delays are possible that are not within our control. Delivery charges may also vary to those for England & Wales. This will be confirmed by a call once the order has been placed. If you would prefer you can contact us via email or phone call to complete your order.
